Welcome to Mokifun.com. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Mokifun about using this website — the articles, the printable activity books and the games. By using the site you agree to them. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian agrees to them for you.
What Mokifun is
Mokifun is a free learning resource for parents, teachers and elementary-school kids. Everything on the site can be used without an account and without payment. We support the site with advertising on pages aimed at adults, as described in our privacy policy.
Your license to use our content
- Activity books and printables: you may download and print them freely for personal use and classroom use — print as many copies as your class needs. You may not sell them, bundle them into paid products, upload them to other websites, or remove our branding.
- Articles: you may link to them and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing full articles elsewhere is not allowed.
- Games: play them here as much as you like. You may not copy, re-host, embed on other sites, decompile or redistribute them.
All content on Mokifun — games, activity books, articles and images — is created by or for us and remains our intellectual property. If you believe any content infringes your rights, see our DMCA policy.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair: do not scrape or bulk-download the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, manipulate leaderboards with automated tools, or use the site for anything unlawful. High-score nicknames must not contain offensive language or personal information; we may remove or edit entries at our discretion.
User submissions
The only things you can submit to Mokifun are leaderboard nicknames with scores, and messages via the contact form. By submitting them you confirm they contain nothing unlawful or offensive, and you allow us to store and display them (nicknames on leaderboards) or use them to respond (contact messages).
Advertising and third parties
Advertising shown on adult-directed pages comes from third-party ad partners under their own terms and policies. We do not endorse advertised products, and any transaction with an advertiser is between you and them. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
No warranties
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Articles are general information written with care, but they are not medical, psychological, legal or individualized educational advice; for concerns about a specific child, consult the teacher or a qualified professional. Games and downloads may change or be removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
You use Mokifun free of charge, and our liability reflects that. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mokifun and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. To the extent liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
If your misuse of the site (for example redistributing our content commercially) causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to compensate us for the resulting damages and reasonable costs.
Changes and termination

Severability
